I am trying to fuse the fusible fleece to my outer pocket of my conference tote, and I cannot get it to “stick”. What am I doing wrong? I have the fusible part on the wrong side of the piece that didn’t have the fusible interfacing. I followed the directions to the letter, but it won’t fuse to the fabric.

I have been working on the conference tote, and I had to sew around the curved sewing lines on the outside of the bag five times to get it right! I don’t know why it was so hard, but I’m pretty picky.
